Dungarvin is looking for dependable and enthusiastic Direct Support Staff with the desire to assist the people we support in leading the highest quality of life and reaching their goals. Direct Support Staff will provide assistance with activities of daily living such as:
Performing household duties
Developing independent living skills
Shopping
Behavior management
Basic life skills
Medication administration
Personal hygiene
Implementing medical appointments
Community activities
Successful candidates will also have basic computer experience and possess good oral and written communication skills. Some experience in social, human services, caregiving or medical field is desired but not required.
Entry level positions available-Dungarvin offers full, paid training.
Hours Available
Full Time, Part Time, Days, Evenings, Overnight, Weekends.
Shifts and hours are flexible.
Ideal for students and individuals with prior commitments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license (non driving positions available)
Current auto liability insurance
Reliable transportation
Acceptable driving/criminal record
