As a lead automotive service technician you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, have a great attitude and be a team player. Experience or certificates are preferred for the position but not a requirement. Your basic requirements will include:
A strong focus towards maintaining a safe work environment and neat bay.
Ability diagnose and repair the following areas, engine, electrical ,emissions, brakes, steering and suspension, driveline, cooling and exhaust.
Install and perform tire maintenance and alignments
Change Oil and /or fluid flushes and filters
Ability to road test vehicles
Any ASE certifications and/or a tech school degree is a big plus, but is not required
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work every other Saturday
