STARTING SALARY: $19 PER HOUR

The successful candidate will be responsible for full dismantle of late model vehicles in a fast paced work environment. Full dismantle includes removal of all drive train, front and rear suspension, doors, fenders, bumpers, seats, dash, computers, etc. Our Inside Dismantling Team plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality part as described.

Work environment is indoors in a modern day recycling facility. In-ground mounted automotive hoists and overhead cranes are just some examples of the equipment used in our dismantler bays. Our Dismantling Team consists of highly skilled and qualified professionals. Come join our exciting fast paced work environment where employee safety is our top priority!

Hours are Monday-Friday. No weekends!

Automotive Technician / Inside Dismantler Compensation:

Pay is commission based with a guaranteed base for the first 12 months of employment. There is never a shortage of work to be performed as we do not wait for customers to bring their cars in for service. We always have vehicles waiting to be processed.

About PAM's Auto:

PAM's Auto is an automotive parts distributor specializing in recycled, new aftermarket, surplus, and remanufactured products. Recycling operations consist of processing vehicles that have been considered a total loss through an insurance claim. Our inventory consists of late-model import and domestic car and truck parts.

NSF International's automotive recycler certification provides independent third-party confirmation that automotive recyclers meet federal, state, and local recycler requirements. Automotive Technician / Inside Dismantler Position Requirements:

Attention to Safety

Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Current, valid MN driver's license

Automotive Service or Body Experience Required

Candidate must have own tools

Positive, Professional Attitude

Ability to lift 75 lbs

Automotive Technician / Inside Dismantler Job Duties:

Follow safety guidelines

Full dismantle of vehicle

Correctly inspect, mark, and tag all parts for inventory

Place removed parts on pallet or other designated area for inventory

Complete vehicle inventory worksheet and resolve parts tags

Keep work area clean and safe

Avoid damaging parts

Operate forklift safely (training provided)

Pull parts in yard at a pay-per-piece rate, if needed

Help other employees with tasks
