We are currently hiring a part time Caretaker. We are looking for someone to start immediately. We have 4 separate properties that will be apart of this opportunity. They are all located within one mile of each other in the great town of St Joseph, MN. Hours will vary, approximately 8 to 15 hours a week depending on work that needs to be done. More hours may come available as we add another property. Applicant must be available for emergency calls, which may require light maintenance in the evenings and on weekends. Flexible schedule for regular daily and weekly responsibilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Vacuuming hallways and stairways
Sweeping and mopping hardwood floor surfaces
Cleaning windows and glass doors as needed
Dusting and cleaning common areas
Thoroughly clean apartments when a tenant moves out or before a new tenant moves in.
Light maintenance (i.e. replace light bulbs, repair tables/chairs/fixtures if needed, light painting touch ups)
Picking up debris outside
Other duties as required by property manager
