A Caretaker Team (2 People Living Together) for Property Management Company (St. Cloud, MN )
A Real Estate Property Management Company is looking for Caretaker TEAMS of 2 People living together for several properties in the St Cloud Area.
Each TEAM of 2 people must live on site, with 1 team member home days. Duties include, but not limited to: cleaning the buildings, cleaning apartments on turns, picking up the yard, shoveling, etc.
The TEAM must have good communication skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Criminal background check is required.
