We have been in business for several years and I am looking for someone to take over the day to day operations to allow me to start another business. I have really enjoyed this business but I need to take a step back. This is a small family owned business with around a dozen employees.
This is a seasonal business, season starts mid May and runs into September.
Duties include but not limited to
Answering phone calls, taking customer payments, hiring staff, training staff, scheduling, routing our fleet daily, keeping up with compliance, working with customers, etc. You will also need to be out in the field from time to time.
This is not a 9-5 job. You will be working your ass off for a few months a year and then have the winter off.
Must be reliable, be able to lift 40 lbs, hard working, good communication skills, positive attitude, leadership skills, strong desire to help others, good driving record, etc.
Quickbooks knowledge is helpful but not necessary. You must have excellent organizational skills and be detailed orientated.
You will be given a cell phone, a company truck, clothing to promote our brand, weekly pay and a share of the profits at the end of the year. The better the company does, the more you make. There is also a yearly company convention that will be paid for you to attend. These conventions have been in places like Disney, Mexico and Las Vegas.
