Our primary focus is to provide the best ARIA experience for our clients and their constituents. We provide outbound/inbound/blended calls, genuine handwritten direct mail, and integrated strategies including e-contacts to our clients' customers and constituents from our automated call center and handwritten mail facility in St. Cloud, MN.

The Position: We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified individuals to join ARIA in our Business to Business department. ARIA represents a wide variety of businesses throughout the U.S and Canada doing lead-generation, sales, current customer and appointment setting calling. These positions off a great opportunity to build your skills in customer service. We offer a variety of programs to call for, a great bonus structure and flexible scheduling.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Available hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (Flexible Schedule, Work 30-40 hours per week)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling sensitive & confidential information.

Professional customer service attitude at all times.

Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Outstanding attendance record is a must.

Primary Responsibilities:

Contact businesses by telephone following specified script and record answers using computer system.

Maintain and create goodwill and favorable public image for our clients.

Perform data entry to ensure customer and client requests are met.

Update customer names, addresses, telephone numbers and other pertinent information.

Utilize available resources to ensure a general knowledge of the particular product and/or client expectations.

Disseminate facts and information designed to keep customers informed.

Refer customer suggestions and/or complaints to appropriate departments.
