CUSTOMER SERVIC SALES ASSOCIATES
We are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Associate to join our multi-brand, multi-location marine and powersports business. Boomerang Marine & Sports is a dealer and factory-authorized service center for: Larson, Crestliner, Hurricane boats; SweetWater, Aqua Patio and Sanpan pontoons; Mercury, Evinrude, Suzuki and Yamaha outboards and MerCruiser I/Os; Yamaha watercraft, and generators; Polaris ATVs, Rangers, RZRs and snowmobiles.
A passion for the marine and powersports market is essential and ideal candidate will be honest, self-motivated, outgoing and gregarious with sharp listening and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate will take pride in accuracy, display attention to detail, exhibit a can-do attitude, have fierce follow-up skills and, above all, be dedicated to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction the cornerstone of our business.
Depending on a candidates qualifications, their duties may include:
- Direct sales functions within our dealerships
- Placing calls from client leads generated by our website, advertising and show prospecting
- Setting appointments
- Contract/title work
- Selling parts and service to existing customers and forming
relationships with prospective customers
- Service writing
- Taking orders by phone, email and website
- Supplying parts to service crews
- Ordering and receiving parts
- Delivering check-ins and stockroom storage
