Inside sales position with well established company. High repeat client base covering the entire US. You choose 30 to 37.5 hours per week. Inbound and outbound client contact with follow-up calls and preparation of quotes and design requests.
Duties:
Contact existing and new customers via telephone and e-mail
Prepare specific quotes per client needs
Mail letters and quotes in a timely fashion
Order needed samples and or art layouts
Maintain up-to-date client database by recording key activities, transactions and communications with clients.
Participate in internal meetings to provide feedback on products, sales and problem solving
Job Requirements:
Experience in sales, customer service or sales support.
Some college preferred but not required
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills written and oral
Self-starter who can meet goals and enjoys working in a inside sales environment
Ability to adapt to changing situations, restructuring tasks and priorities as changes occur.
Solid understanding and knowledge of the Internet

Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm - You choose 30 to 37.5 hours per week
Hourly rate:
$18.50 to $20.50 per hour based on skill level, plus quarterly bonus based on team sales results
