Position:
PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a full time, year round Sales Associate to work out of our St Cloud Budget Lot. This volume position provides excellent customer service and makes sure that the customers experience at PleasureLand is number one. We currently retail RV's, Cargo trailers, and Ice houses.
Job Duties:
Assist and consult with customers to satisfy their needs and wants for product.
Keep up to date on product knowledge and sales through training provided by PleasureLand.
Learn and retain all products features and benefits for product showcasing.
Accountable for adhering to Pleasureland RV's sales process.
Attending sales shows and events thru-out the year as needed.
Meet with management to review sales goals and accomplishments. Keeping an open mind to introducing
new procedures as needed.
Managing your customer list and leads from start to finish.
Various steps of follow up may be done by your customers preferred method of contact.
Utilizing the C.R.M software for maintaining your customer lists.
Maintain lot appearance and product as needed.
Follow Pleasureland RV's policies and procedures regarding sales process.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred
Have a GED or High School Diploma
General sales skills and RV knowledge preferred but not required.
Computer/Internet skills
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Respectful and helpful of co-workers
Positive attitude and honest
Goal Oriented
Must act in a professional manor at all times
Well organized
Valid driver's license
