We are looking at opening 28 new stores within the next 24 months. What does this mean to you? We are hiring individuals to train for 6-8 months in order to fill the new management positions. Our first store managers START at $915+/week ($47,580+/year). That is not including your ESOP account, profit sharing program and medical/dental insurance.

No experience? No problem. We only ask that you evaluate yourself in the following categories; competitive, self motivated, assertive, confident, friendly, and trustworthyif you grade yourself a 9 or above in all of these categories we will be able to teach you everything you need to know to run your very own store.
Not 100% sure? Again, no problem. Our part timers start at $15/hour with the option to jump into a full time management position once you know this is for you.
We are currently looking for 1 assistant manager and 2 part time sales associates. Also, will be looking for a second assistant manager in November.
How it works:
Paid in store training for 6-8 months (average pay=$36,400)
Get promoted to first store MINIMUM pay=$47,580+ ($64,000 was the top paid first store manager last year)
2nd promotion to a bigger volume store= $58,000-$87,000
3rd promotion= $72,000-$150,000+
Additional advancement opportunities include supervisor and district manager
