Job Summary:
The Primary purpose of the role is to operate and perform related construction duties on asphalt or concrete. (Prep work, paving, patching, installation, sealcoating)
Requirements:
1) High School diploma or GED. Some general construction knowledge or experience is preferred
2) Class A CDL and current medical card
3) Clean Driving record
4) Must be physically able to perform general labor duties as assigned to company standards
5) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
6) Must be able to work differential shifts (Days or Nights, Weekends)
7) Must be able to perform both pre and post inspections
8) Must have a positive attitude, reliable and punctual
9) Must perform pre-check list of vehicle safety mechanisms, including but not limited to brake lights, signal lights, tire pressure and all fluid levels, etc.
10) Proficiency in use of technology (iPad)
11) Must have customer service skills and the ability to work independently or group setting
12) Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
