Job responsibilities would include organizing work day and work flow, coordinate and supervise sub-contractors and employees on construction projects, determine work priorities and coordinate work activities within the design area and/or with others outside of the office, and the ability to divide work among employees according to abilities or specialized training. Attention to detail, great problem solving skills, effective scheduling, great communication and strong relationships with customers are a MUST to ensure Project One's promise of high quality results.
