Summary: . We are hiring a Systems Analyst. Must be onsite, but allowed to work part time at home. This position will be mainly a traditional Level 2/3 information technology software support role, working with the internal senior level functional experts on the team. This position will be working alongside team members who are experts in the software and business systems used by R&D. The R&D Applications team supports over 80 different client software packages, business applications and computing platforms; which R&D business groups use to create, analyze and test throughout the product development Lifecycle. Primary Responsibilities:75% Time- Manage and maintain the R&D Solutions Remedy queue consisting of Work Orders and Incident Tickets- Utilize Bomgar, Microsoft Remote Desktop, and SCCM Remote Desktop to manage test equipment, kiosks, end user installations and troubleshoot end user issues- Utilize SCCM to assign software packages to test and end user systems25% Time- Manually track and produce weekly and monthly Remedy reports via Excel- Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles for the Service Desk- Manage remote test lab and stand-alone test systems for internal technical testing and user acceptance testing- Manage application desktop kiosk systems- Create and maintain application installation documentation- Work with the Client Engineering Packaging team to package high usage application for automated deployment and test accordingly- AdHoc SCCM reporting queries and custom information- Create, manage and maintain application distribution groups- Manage and maintain team Tips and Tricks document- Organize documentation in team OneNote / SharePoint site- Participation on project initiatives where applicable- Work with functional experts on the business and IT teams- Act as liaison with vendor partners for setup and support- Participation in weekly team and work direction meetings- Status updates Required Skills:Excellent customer serviceStrong documentation skillsSkilled in listening and patienceOrganization and tracking skillsStrong written and oral communicationGood decision making Software and Tools Used:BomgarCisco WebExFlexLM / FlexNET licensing and other license management toolsMATLAB License ManagerMicrosoft Remote Desktop Connection / Remote Desktop Connection ManagerNational Instruments LabVIEW License ManagerMicrosoft TeamsRemedySCCM ReportingSharePointX-Formation Software and Tools Used/Supported (experience with all of these is not required, but exposure, understanding and prior administration is a plus):Mechanical CAD (Solidworks, Creo Parametric, AutoCAD, Tooling Packages)Electrical CAD (Altium, OrCad, PADS, Xpedition)Computational Modeling and Simulation (Abaqus, Ansys, Comsol, CST Studio, Sim4Life)Statistical Software (R, Minitab, Reliasoft DOE, Design Expert DOE, Weibull, Alta, JMP, Mathmatica, Sigmaplot, etc.)Other R&D Functional Software (Risk Management, Document Management, Time Management, etc.)Knowledge of FDA Non Product Software Validation Concepts and ControlsVacancy expired!
