REACT (Front End Developer)Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a REACT (Front End Developer) for a contract position in Virtual, MN. Opportunity will be Six Months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Work independently and as a team member with some supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions.
- Deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs in close collaboration with business, architecture teams and other IT stakeholders
- Actively participate in all phases of software engineering from gathering and analyzing requirements to application design, code development and testing
- Participate in Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases on regular cadence
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment

- Development experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google),
- Robust skill with REACT, REDUX and Java Script development,
- Strong organizational and communication skills,
- Proficient in the development of custom, reusable components based on HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Resulting in efficient reusable code.
- 4+ years of experience with REACT, REDUX and Java Script development
- 4+ years of experience working with AntD and Material UI libraries
- 4+ years of experience working with REST API, HTML/HTML5, CSS
- Ability to delivery projects with limited supervision
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good performance issues resolution knowledge
- Ability to learn quickly and mentor junior engineers
- Experience delivering software using an Agile / Scrum methodology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Cloud based applications
- Proficient in authorization mechanism using JSON web tokens
- Previous healthcare industry experience a plus
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks: like Jest or Mocha
