RN/LPN - Auburn Home NOC, 3 Day Weekends, 5000 Bonus

Job Description

Sign-on Bonus of $5000!

1.Competently perform related functions of a clinically astute licensed nurse and deliver quality clinical procedures.

2.Administer medications to residents as required by physician orders.

3.Motivate, monitor and direct Nursing Assistants.

4.Contribute to planning, implementing and evaluating nursing policies and procedures.

5.Communicate verbally and in writing while maintaining open lines of communication with residents, family, nursing staff, other departments and external health professionals and agencies.

6.Respond in emergency situations to assure resident safety and security.

7.Assist residents with all forms of ADL’s.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program
2. Current License by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
3. CPR Certified
4. Supervisory experience preferred by not required.
5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership/supervisory skills.
6. Ability to work independently with no supervision, work irregular hours including every other Weekend and E/O/Holiday.
