- Technical degree or hands on experience - electrical is strongly preferred
- High school diploma required
- 2-Year degree in technical field preferred
- Work with electrical test engineer to support the development of harness testing and standards
- Build up harnesses by crimping and terminating connectors and soldering wires
- Utilize data acquisition loggers to conduct test and/or issue resolution
- Analyze data and report back to engineering team
- Keep good records and write concise test reports for tests conducted
- Provide feedback to the team for issue resolution and improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet OSHA requirements
- Good self-starter, willing to work overtime as needed
- Needs to be ambitious, accurate and dependable
- Able to communicate professionally and drive project to timely completion
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required
- 2 Years of work at a dealership preferred
- 3 Years mechanic or technician experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Data acquisition & diagnostic tool experience preferred
