Role: Onsite Program Manager (Offroad, Power sports, Automotive Background) Location: Wyoming, MN (Onsite) Duration: Fulltime and Contract Job Description: B.E. in any stream (Electronics/ Electrical Must) & person should be Offroad, Power sports, Automotive Background. -Onsite Program Management - Customer Focus: Networking & relationship building skills - Good communication & presentation skills - Program Budget & Operation Management: Resource forecasting, Purchase Order requests, Contract Management, invoice submissions and tracking budget consumption - Capability to bring new projects/business; Business Development - Conflict Resolution, Risk Management - Upto date with latest Technology & Industry trends - Good understanding of product development process and experience of working with multiple departments like Engineering, Quality, Manufactring, procurement etc. - Capable to manage a team of 20+ onsite resources - Co-ordination with Offshore team/engineers for task management.
