- Order, organize, kit, and deliver parts
- Data entry and organization
- Execute torque to fail testing, report results
- Execute dye penetrant inspections, report results
- Understand basic technical aspects of tests and requirements to complete
- Complete vehicle part fit ups per prints and conduct short test rides
- Part sub-assembly per print requirements
- Complete dealer setup of new vehicles per instructions
- Track task completion, report task failures, inform project team of project status
- Coordinate proto part shipping to plants for fit up and record results
- Maintain a clean and organized appearing work area
- Manage storage area including discarding or retaining of parts based on project status
- Other assignments within the validation team as requested.

- MS Excel/Office Experience - At least moderate abilities
- Able to read and interpret prints
- Mechanical assembly knowledge and ability with basic hand tools (or the ability and desire to learn)
- Organized, able to plan for completion of multiple tasks
- Good communication skills, experience working in a multi-person shop environment
- Clear and concise reporting skills
- Knowledge of shipping practices and procedures
- Work hour flexibility to coordinate shop tasks around shared resources
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-year degree or actively pursuing engineering related degree preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive or ATV mechanical systems preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Engineering degree or engineering technology degree
