Tarantino Properties is seeking a savvy professional Property Manager for a small community.
Candidate must be a proven and solid Property Manager with experience.
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience on a stabilized property. Good communication skills, marketing experience, customer service skills and computer skills are required. Working knowledge of Onsite is also a big plus!
The Property Manager is responsible for accounting for the flow of money and ensuring timely collection of rent as well as other receivables. The Assistant Property Manager will also process move-ins, move-outs, meet management goals and objectives.
