B2B Direct Sales Manager
AT&T sales and promotions company in area seeking EXPERIENCED Sales Manager. We are looking for a someone to grow our WNY Area offices. Must have 2 year Direct Sales Management experience.
Scope of work:
Prospecting nee hires
Training and developing staff both in and out of the field
Assist in the facilitation of goal setting
Coaching
Motivating staff
Performance evaluation of staff
Reporting
Training new hires
Responsible for overall department sales performance
Direct Sales Management Experience will only be considered first.
