Local small electrical contractor looking to hire electricians and electrical helpers for various small projects.
Part-time, Full-time, and Temporary positions available.
Electricians must:
1. HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO DRUG AND/OR ALCOHOL-RELATED PROBLEMS.
2. Have a safety-oriented mindset.
3. Have their own hand and power tools.
4. Have commercial and residential experience.
5. Be skilled in reading, interpreting, and applying blueprints.
6. Be skilled in bending conduit.
7. Be skilled in designing conduit runs.
8. Be familiar with electrical jobsite procedures (ex. wire-pulling, cleanup, EOD, hazardous locations etc)
9. Be able to train, lead, mentor, and manage unskilled "greenhorn" helpers.
10. Have a quality-oriented mindset.
11. Be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
12. Be responsible for crew tools, machinery, and vehicles owned by the company.
13. Show up on time and put in a days work. (Show motivation and production)
14. Have reliable transportation.
15. Have a presentable appearance.
