The Home Care Consultant is responsible for ensuring business growth through pursuing new referral sources and enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. This position also builds community resources that may be needed to educate and advise aging adults and their families as they continue to age in place.
The Home Care Consultant would also have the opportunity to join the leadership team as they work to develop company and team goals to better enhance the lives of seniors across the Pine Belt, instill Home Instead culture and vision to both office staff and CAREGivers, and work together to manage the ever changing landscape of healthcare to ensure our employees, the community, families, and aging adults understand the value of Home Care.
