Construction Superintendent for New Orleans & Southeast Louisiana Area
Compensation: Good Pay - Depends on Experience

MUST meet the following criteria:

3. Understand the importance of meeting deadlines.
4. Comfortable working in an office environment or on a construction site.
5. Have transportation & valid DL.
6. Pass Drug Screen.
7. Computer literate with knowledge of MS WORD, EXCEL & OUTLOOK.
8. Reliable, Reliable, Reliable!
9. Ability to work evenings, weekends if necessary.
10. Able to present themselves in a Professional, Businesslike manner.
11. Able to Read and Interpret Project Drawings & Specifications.
12. Knowledge of RFI, RFC, AIA G702 & G703, CPM Schedules.
13. Able to coordinate and supervise work crews, subcontractors & suppliers.
It would be beneficial if the candidate had experience and/or background in one or more of the following areas:
Construction Management, Estimating, Scheduling and/or Engineering.
Land Surveying / Construction Layout
Operation of Heavy Equipment
Construction Inspection
Construction Safety.
Quality Control.
DOTD and/or USACE Projects.
Earthwork.
Subsurface Drainage Installation.
Concrete Paving.
Metal Building Construction.
Pile Driving.
