The Johnson McAdams Firm has an opportunity for A/E Business Manager to join our team in Greenwood , Mississippi. The candidate will join a team of veteran professionals in a well-established full service A/E firm that provides a wide range of Planning and Design services for clients through-out the US. EOE.

Annual Salary: $80k to $110k
Primary Responsibilities include:
Supervise and lead Architects, Engineers , draftsman and clerical support.
Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance for company operations.
Hire ,train mentor other professionals and staff
Direct Marketing activities and business development.
Make presentations to clients.
Interface with clients, provide fee proposals for projects.
Administer established administrative policies and procedures.
Individual would report to the company president.
Required Skills :
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Architecture preferred.
Registered Professional Engineer of Architect is the ideal candidate.
General business management experience.
Experience managing a staff and leading company efforts.
Proficient in latest versions of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Minimum 5 years of managerial responsibility.
