MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish cadence with project teams across business readiness, technical readiness, and operational readiness areas for risk review
- Integrate with PMO and Project Management team for risk and issue management;
- Collaboratively define and review risk mitigation options with leadership team;
- Conduct an analysis of past project performance sufficient to identify and make recommendations for improvement;
- Provide regular, objective assessment of project status against critical success factors;
- Provide risk management assessment and capacity planning services;
- Maintain Risk Management monitoring and documentation in ADO;
- Project Documentation;
- Plan, organize, and/or contribute to project meetings;
- Other related tasks as agreed upon by the parties.
- Eight (8) years of Project Risk Management experience
- Six (6) years of IT Integration experience
- Six (6) years of software implementation projects
- One (1) years of ADO experience
- Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills
- Experience in Child Welfare processes and workflows
- Experience with federal requirements for Child Welfare management systems
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to build a positive rapport with team members
