Please apply for this position by sending your resume to: Email: apply AT chandratech DOT com SUBJECT: Applying for Implementation Analyst with Payroll Jackson, MS Hourly Rate: $74 W2; $85 CTC/1099 Job Description: The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) full-time Implementation Analyst to assist DFA/MMRS in the implementation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for performing project implementation and support tasks as a member of the Functional Team. Tasks will include but are not limited to: resolving data migration issues, writing test scenarios, executing functional tests, participating in design meetings, writing functional specification documents, reviewing solutions with subject matter experts, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting end users after go-live. Required Skills:

  • Participated on multiple IT implementation projects as a functional analyst. (5 years)
  • Experience writing functional specification documents and other system documentation. (5 years)
  • Participated in data migration activities (data mapping, validation, etc.). (5 years)
  • Experience testing system functionality. (5 years)
  • Experience troubleshooting system issues. (5 years)
  • Experience working on projects implementing integrated systems (5 years)
  • Experience in gathering system requirements from stakeholders and writing Functional Specification documents and other system documentation. (5 years)
  • Experience with data migration activities. (3 years)
  • Experience with data integration activities. (3 years)
  • Experience writing test scenarios and executing functional tests. (5 years)
  • Experience troubleshooting system issues and being a liaison between IT and users. (5 years)
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills. (5 years)
  • Experience with HR or Payroll functions. (1 year)
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. (1 year)
