Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking an individual to focus on building programs to help scale our content acquisition efforts, this role sits on the Deal Team within Content, Strategy and Planning team (CSP) within the Media Partnerships organization. This role will work directly with Deal Leads, Partners, Strategic Partner Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Policy, Data Analysts, Product Managers, S&P, Legal, Engineers, Operations and others to build and run end-to-end content programs that support content initiatives and are scalable and measurable. The ideal candidate will have experience influencing and getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders, building and executing against timelines, developing concrete project plans, and using creativity to solve difficult content needs.Required Skills: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of content programs, which can include informing new program ideation, go-to-market, delivery of content, renewal strategy, etc.

Manage a slate of content programs, oversee planning efforts, help formulate program structure and parameters, influence cross-functional stakeholders and gain buy-in for program objectives.

Ensure that the programs and each partner are executing according to the contract, operationalize workflows, provide program management best practices related to building work plans, roadmaps, timelines, and reporting.

Manage and influence cross-functional stakeholder groups to build solutions and solve challenges that achieve video program goals and outcomes.

Inform the operational requirements for managing partner programs, such as reporting details, payment flows, etc. and work to implement with internal teams.

Lead communication to internal and cross-functional stakeholders on program progress, milestones, and drive the mitigation of any roadblocks to hitting product timelines.

Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, online operations, or account, partner, or project management

Demonstrated experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results against timelines

Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications: MBA
