The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) is recruiting one (1) SAP ABAP Developer to provide SAP system support and SuccessFactors integration support. The resource will work alongside other State resources in supporting interfaces between MDOT and the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) SAP system, plus provide integration support for MDOT in the implementation of the SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules. This is not a full-time position. These are as-needed services in the event MDOT needs extra staff support. This can be done remotely and the contractor can conduct work during or after regular business hours. This is strictly on an as-needed basis, the agency is unable to provide an estimated amount of hours. This contractor will be needed during emergencies or for technology upgrades that could affect the interfaces. Required Skills/Experience Provide the minimum Required skills and/or experience The contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. 1. Eight years' experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming. 2. Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM. 3. Four years' experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client. 4. Three years experience in using SAP Business Process Automation by Redwood (SAP BPA). Preferred/Not Required Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc. 1. Knowledge of State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system development. 2. One years' experience with SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration. 3. Two years' experience with SAP Portal support. 4. Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents. 5. Experience with WebDynPro. Two years experience with workflow development and maintenance.
