- Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
- Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
- Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations.
- Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC & ECP, ECC Time, ECC Travel, and ECC FI.
- Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC & ECP with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
- Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.
- Public sector experience.
- Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
- Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.
- Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
- Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
- ABAP programming experience
