Jackson, MSDuration : Long Term Job Description Required Skills/Experience:Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations.Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC & ECP, ECC Time, ECC Travel, and ECC FI.Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC & ECP with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.Preferred:1. Public sector experience.2. Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.3. Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.4. Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.5. Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.6.
