Position Description and Job Skill Set The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist DFA/MMRS in the implementation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) and the ECC modules (HCM/Time/Travel/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors). Required Skills/Experience Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration.
Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration. Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project. Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations. Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC & ECP, ECC Time, ECC Travel, and ECC FI. Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center. Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC & ECP with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems. Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents Preferred/Not Required Public sector experience. Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills. Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members. Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts. Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
