We are currently seeking a results-driven beverage manager with a passion for excellence in a casual dining atmosphere. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years demonstrated leadership abilities. The Beverage Manager reports to the General Manager and assists in leading the operations of the restaurant and a team of hourly associates. The Iron Horse Grill managers work 5 day work weeks, average 50 hour work weeks including nights and weekends.

Understand and manage weekly beverage inventory
Successfully manage a budget & positively impact financial results
Hire/train a strong team
Build & maintain positive guest satisfaction
Strong leadership skills are a necessity for career growth and success in this position
Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Office, Word and communicate through email
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
