Restaurant Manager and Assistant Managers to lead all aspects of our business. You will need to motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service, ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Responsible for hiring qualified cooks and front staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep, bi-weekly food truck ordering, meeting food cost goals and making sure the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations. Hours will vary from 40-55hrs per week. Paid vacation and sick days after one year of employment.
