HOA Staffing is looking for an Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments all over the state of North Dakota!
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO NORTH DAKOTA, HOUSING PROVIDED, TRANSPORTATION ACCOMMODATIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE!
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN)
Ensure patients receive care and treatment prescribed by physicians.
Provide direct physical, clinical, emotional and psychological care and support to patients.
Observe, monitor, assess, report and document the conditions of patients and monitor their response to treatment.
Administer medication in accordance with knowledge of pharmacological effects, benefits and side effects.
Document times, dosage and other information according to policy and procedures.
Deliver individualized care according to age appropriate standards of care, physician diagnosis and plan of care.
Complete accurate and concise documentation on all assigned patient care records.
