Entry Level Position
Job Description:
Office administration: answering phones, messages, scheduling, emails, letters, communicating with clients, customer service, social networking .
Assist in requesting for: pricing and estimates
Responsible for all filing and upkeep of client folders and files
Review and revise client and leads list on a weekly basis
Compose monthly emails of office/ client happenings to keep customer and leads informed
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Must possess good verbal, and written communication skills
Positive attitude is a must and willingness to learn
