My self storage facility is on Hwy 49 between Richland and Florence. Duties of this job include cleaning units, overlocking late tenants, mailing late letters, holding auctions, some landscaping and pest control, communication and reports with the owner. This job does not include answering the phone, renting units or dealing with tenants much at all. This job is about you "owning" the facility and taking care of it. Applicants will need some computer skills and a smart phone, and being handy to fix minor repairs is great but not required for the job.
This job is part time in that it will most of the time take less than 5 hours per week and can be fit around another regular job easily.
There is a 1400 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath house on site that you can live in rent free in trade for your work, or I could pay you hourly at $15-$20/hour depending on your skills and performance.
