Pay and benefits for employees represented by a union are outlined in their collective bargaining agreement.Position Purpose: C&D Tech IV is responsible for the effective performance of manual operations while acting as a lead person for personnel assigned to him/her.Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinates, schedules, directs and allocates the functions of assigned personnel.Analyzes job task in order to determine the solution or outcome.Participates in the operation of assigned work tasks.Assists in installations of equipment and materials.Observes all job-site safety regulations.Performs related duties as requested.
