CRAssociates is looking for a motivated PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, looking to excel in their career while providing services to our beloved Veterans on an as-needed basis in the Meridian, MS area. This is a great way to get your foot in the door with our clinic while still having the flexibility to pursue other opportunities.
Clinic Hours: M – F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive
Schedule: Flexible
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
Perform a full range of diagnostic support duties
Assist the physician in a variety of diagnostic examinations
Prepare patients for tests, examinations, and treatments
Collect required specimens, and prepare for the laboratory for examination
Address clinic alerts in a timely manner
Obtain and document patient and pertinent family history
Perform timely, accurate, and concise documentation of patient care
Perform other duties as assigned
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
A graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
MUST have experience with adults.
Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as an LPN in a Primary Care setting
Must have a current unrestricted MS state license
Must hold a current and valid BLS certification
Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
