We are currently looking for field inspectors capable of performing field inspections on our behalf. We are hiring more reps for statewide MS coverage. We are a high volume company and are anticipating more growth throughout the state, which means we need more reps to handle the workload. Qualified candidates must have a flexible schedule, as all orders have strict due dates that must be met by our field inspectors. Multiple stops can be made per day.
Field inspection experience is not required in order to work with us. We will train the right individuals. All Inspectors must pass a background check and obtain an ABC number through Aspen Grove iRecord prior to being eligible to perform inspections. If you have already obtained an ABC number and have experience - please make sure to let us know that in your reply.
Most inspections only take a few minutes to complete. We perform various tasks depending on the order type. Some orders require a contact attempt. Some orders require Inspector to leave a letter or notice for the occupant. All orders require photos to be taken through a mobile app (there are several that we use, depending on client). Applicants must be comfortable in performing these tasks when applying.
We pay per completed inspection. This is an Independent Contractor position. Earnings are reported on a 1099. Our pay is competitive and is set based off of volume, clients and coverage area.
Candidate MUST possess ALL of the following to be eligible for this position:
-Professional appearance and personality
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Ability to work unsupervised and to manage workload
-Up to date Android or Iphone with data (wifi only devices can be used as long as there is access to mobile data from another device while in the field when needed)
-Computer
-High Speed Internet
-Printer
-Scanner
-Reliable vehicle (30 mpg+ is highly recommended)
-Digital Camera (used rarely)
