We are looking to hire an on-site property supervisor and maintenance person(s) for our RV Park
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Manage day-to-day operations of park
-Daily inspection of premises and quarterly inspection of units
-Perform light maintenance/repairs
-Collect rent and make bank deposits
-Keep up with rent delinquencies and file evictions
-Accept applications for rentals and show available units, check in RVs
-Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner
Experience/Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails
-Reliable transportation in order to run park errands and make deposits
-1+ year maintenance experience preferred but not required
-Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision
Compensation:
$2,000/month
