Independent Contractors are needed to perform Clean Outs/Debris Removal, Yard Maintenance, Snow Removal and Inspections (HPIRs and Biweekly Routines) on HUD properties, to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies. Property preservation/maintenance experience would be helpful, but not required. Training is available.
