Job Description:
  • Support both internal and external users with technical and application issues.
  • Monitor phone and email queues.
  • Provide first level assistance for defined problems and escalate tickets/calls as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve simple to moderately complex support and functionality issues with little to no supervision and more advanced complex issues with assistance from others.
  • Write and review ad-hoc SQL query requests.
  • Thoroughly document all tickets, research, and resolutions in ticket tracking system.
  • Consult knowledge database to optimize resolutions and follow through on resolution with callers.
Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Ability to write and review moderate SQL code
  • Demonstrated aptitude for providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (internal and external)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Telephone etiquette
