Description SAIC is in need of a Computer Technician to support the LPD 17 Program in Pascagoula, MS. The Technician will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email and will be responsible for performing onsite or remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. They will direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and follow-up and update users status and information. The Technician will assist with special IT projects as needed; interface productively with staff in a team environment; identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures and complete other job-related duties as needed. Qualifications Education - BS in Information Technology required.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
