Volt is hiring for Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist for aerospace client in Berkeley MO.

Prepares, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes and maintains, integrated plans and schedules for proposals, projects, programs and major initiatives at all levels across functional value streams to meet program and/or project objectives.

In this position you will support Tooling Scheduling, where tasks can specifically include:

Scheduling of tool orders across multiple platforms and Programs (systems like MES, ETVS)
Work with various stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Tooling Design, Program focals, Manufacturing Engineering, and more) to ensure alignment of tool orders for when work can be done in accordance with the Program need.
Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks for Program Critical Tools and help the Control Account Manager (CAM) oversee implementation (systems like MS Project and OPP)
Work with Tooling Managers to understand their tasks in the IMS
Build reports and share analysis of data to applicable managers as needed
Raise awareness when plans start slipping or if seeing potential impact to downstream customers

Required Skills:Adaptability; Business Analysis; Collaboration; Communication; Data Analytics; Microsoft - Excel; Planning; Scheduling. AA Degree or equivalent.
