Find your future with us.The Senior Manager – Air Dominance is responsible for sales and marketing efforts based in Berkeley, MO, Arlington, VA, Eglin AFB, FL or Nellis AFB, NV.The position is a senior manager role and the incumbent will be part of a team of marketing and sales professionals for the F-15. This position supports that continued success through direct customer engagement and anticipation of future capability needs.Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees and first-level managers planning, developing and managing sales and marketing campaigns.

Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Experience with USAF (U.S. Air Force) and DoD (Department of Defense) requirements, PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution) and/or acquisition processes

Extensive demonstrable experience fostering relationships and influencing senior level executives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience in the aerospace and defense industry

Experience in Business Development
