DescriptionThe Financial Planning & Analysis Lead will be responsible for managing the development, tracking, and monitoring of the financial and operational performance of the Customer Experience Center Platform (CECP) Strategic Initiative.ResponsibilitiesThe Financial Planning & Analysis Lead responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:Presenting financial updates at monthly leadership reviews with Senior Executives and Segment Presidents

Prepare financial updates for quarterly board deliverables

Owner of the strategic business case model, partnering with horizontal support teams across the organization to estimate and identify the value to Humana

Partner with technology teams to refresh updated costs projections, reflecting the cash burn, pre-tax, and balance sheet impacts

Lead meetings with Operational and Finance teams across multiple Business Units to review the business case model, level set on assumptions, and estimate future value; ensuring the model incorporates operationalized data specific to each Business Unit

Developing dashboards with KPIs for senior leadership

Complete leadership ad-hoc analysis that contributes to overall value story

Partner with Finance leaders to incorporate value projections into Forecast/Budgets/LTPs

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

6 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Demonstrated experience working across multiple/diverse areas

Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies

Strong organizational skills

Experience developing business case models that support strategic initiatives

Knowledge of complex accounting and financial transactions for internal and external reporting

Prior experience developing methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing data for complex analyses

Ability to lead and manage special projects that may necessitate cross-functional partnerships

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business Administration or a CPA strongly preferred

Prior health insurance industry experience working in Finance/Accounting
