The Special Projects Group Head of Strategic Pricing is part of the Special Projects Group in Cornerstone with key team responsibilities of solving complex problems and driving & delivering solution execution in partnership with cross-functional leadership across Cornerstone. This group is a critical enabler of Cornerstone’s value creation thesis, working on prioritized strategic efforts in coordination with Executive leadership. This group is backed by the Board, sponsored by the CEO and directly reports to CFO on a day-to-day basis. This role is specifically designed to establish and shape the Global Pricing and Packaging for Cornerstone as one of the key prioritized strategic efforts for the company, working cross-functionally to build and design the go-forward model.In this role you willAct as a strategic leader within the Special Projects Group, bringing experience of solving complex problems, strategy-setting and advanced analytics skills to solution outcomes for Cornerstone.

Develop, implement, and refine the global packaging and pricing strategy for all Cornerstone platform products; This includes framing strategic considerations, creating potential solutions, analyzing options, collaborating with senior executives, incorporating industry learnings, and driving towards a decision.

Develop a framework for continuous evaluation of new pricing models and strategies to support Cornerstone business initiatives and company goals, including identifying and implementing key metrics and market intelligence.

Lead discussions 1:1 and across groups to create a collective understanding and deliver cross-functional alignment. Understand varying stakeholder perspectives including product leaders, sales executives, and cross-functional partners.

Understand customer needs, strategies to create customer value, and tactics to highlight competitive differentiation through packaging and pricing.

Use a data driven approach to develop, influence and stand-up strategic pricing initiatives. Develop insights and recommendations through customer segmentation, price discovery, testing & experimentation, and ROI analyses.

Partner to deliver pricing and packaging training as needed within the organization, including sales enablement

You've got what it takes if you haveProven experience in a strategy or strategy-analogous field; solving complex problems and demonstrating advanced systems thinking while working in complex business environments with multiple verticals and horizontal technologies

Strong analytical/data/modelling skills; able to synthesize business requirements and questions, source and analyze data, build conclusions, and articulate actionable recommendation

Experience in SaaS or Subscription based Global Pricing and Packaging Models

Ability to design a strategic vision for pricing transformation / initiatives, build a business case, gain executive approval / alignment, and execute on the vision

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and skilled in negotiating and navigating executive approvals
