Job Description
Manage Gift Room and its staff
Train, counsel, personnel for the Gift Room
Prepare staff schedules for Gift Room
Provide for shift coverage for vacationing and sick team members
Help update the Gift Room procedure manual as needed
Implement and support company policies and procedures
Process all daily paperwork/ receipts for corporate records and submit POS paperwork to Orlandoweekly or bi-weekly as needed for record keeping and credit card transaction receipt records.
Control and maintain files of Gift Room inventory.
Audit and balance money and ticket bank amounts at the beginning and end of shift; delivering bank
deposits to controller when necessary
Act as liaison between the Gift Room and sales, marketing, contract processing and deedingdepartments.
Audit daily paperwork checking for accuracy
Provide phone support for any Gift Room issues
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must have ability to be a self-starter without need for direction, work well with others, be organized, detailed on accuracy and security, and able to meet
deadlines.
Must have knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
