Job Description
You will be responsible for promoting and selling Branson shows and attractions, and provide concierge services in contracted locations. You will also assist our Direct Marketing Representatives. We are looking for a fun, sales-driven, vibrant individual, who our guests will remember for many years to come!
Responsibilities:- Sell and promote Branson shows and attractions
- Represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner at all times
- Provides concierge service for contracted locations, including giving directions, maintaining updated information on local area attractions and special events, and maintaining a courteous, professional image to guests
- Able to work a flexible schedule (day/hours) including weekends and holiday
- Able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Qualifications
- Must be able to use computerized point of sale system
- Must be able to work various locations and schedules
- Occasionally required to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Some standing and walking required
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Enjoy working with tourists
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
